Fees depend on the service, the area and the scope of work. After the site visit we send you a written proposal with the scope, fee and schedule, before any work starts.
Yes. Site supervision can be contracted on its own, with the contractor of your choice. Our engineers check the work against the drawings and report to you.
Your plot or unit details, any drawings you already have, and a few photos of the site or the building. If you have no drawings yet, a description of the project is enough.
Yes. We work on single apartments and villas as well as large public buildings, with the same engineering standard.
Yes. We inspect the building, run the tests it needs, and set out in a structural report whether the work is safe and what strengthening it requires.
